Paula M. Tarallo \u2013 Founder\/President<\/strong><\/p>\n

Paula has more than 30 years of experience working in the advertising and marketing profession. She founded East Shore Marketing after realizing that many businesses are finding it a challenge to keep up with the fast changing media and marketing landscape.<\/p>\n

As the Director of Advertising for Time Warner in Central New York, Paula managed a multimillion-dollar division and was responsible for net revenue growth of over $5 million while improving operating cash flow by more than 35% during her tenure. She was responsible for the installation of digital technology for ad delivery and sales automation technology which improved sales performance by 40%.<\/p>\n

That business leadership combined with her teaching experience at the Roy H. Park School of Communications - Ithaca College and at Cornell University \u2013 Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for Veterans gave her insights and provided a deep understanding of how to help businesses implement profitable marketing and advertising programs.<\/p>\n

Her professional accomplishments include national awards from ESPN, Turner Broadcasting and the Cable Advertising Bureau for sales and creative achievement and corporate awards from Time Warner for sales and revenue growth.<\/p>\n

She has served in leadership roles on many community boards including Board Chair for the United Way of Tompkins County and Co-chair of the Cayuga Medical Center Gala committee.<\/p>\n

Paula is a native of western PA and a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. Now a long-time resident of the Finger Lakes NY region, she enjoys outdoor activities with her husband, Neil and son Dominic \u2013 especially hiking to the lake with their dogs Strider and Rocket!<\/p>\n

Chirag Saluja - Digital Analytics Manager\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Chirag graduated from Ithaca College with a major in International Business. He has experience working with numerous e-commerce platforms - particularly with Amazon where he doubled the company\u2019s yearly orders while decreasing total campaigns advertising spent by 29.3% - digital advertising, and analytics through his experience at Global Phoenix Computer Technologies in Ithaca, New York. He is certified in Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, Bloomberg Terminal and Fixed Income\u00a0Thomson Reuters Eikon (Equity). He is also fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, & Haryanvi. Chirag has a passion for digital advertising, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and computer vision. At East Shore Marketing, Chirag is responsible for executing daily digital media planning and buying and campaign optimization. In his free time, he enjoys hiking and lifting weights.<\/p>\n
